NOTICE: WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE UPON RESALE.

 

Limited 1-Year Warranty Statement

All OEM remanufactured turbochargers and turbocharger cartridge assemblies supplied by PureTurbos are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the original shipment date, regardless of mileage.

 

Warranty Coverage


PureTurbos’ liability under this warranty is limited, at its sole discretion, to the repair or replacement of the defective unit.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper installation or failure to follow recommended procedures

  • Misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or alteration

  • External or physical damage not related to manufacturing defects

PureTurbos is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Labor costs for removal or installation

  • Vehicle downtime

  • Loss of use, revenue, or profits

  • Any other associated economic loss

Warranty Claims Process

  • All warranty claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the issue being identified

  • Valid proof of purchase date is required

  • Claims must be processed through the original dealer or point of purchase

  • All returned items must be shipped freight prepaid; collect shipments will not be accepted

Warranty Limitations


This warranty represents the sole and exclusive warranty provided by PureTurbos for its remanufactured products. It is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

No individual or representative is authorized to modify or extend this warranty beyond what is stated herein.

Product Use Disclaimer


All performance and upgrade parts are intended for off-road use only.

These products are legal for use only in competition racing vehicles as defined under California law (Cal. Health & Safety Code §39048). A racing vehicle is defined as a competition vehicle not operated on public highways.

  • Vehicles must be used exclusively on closed courses during sanctioned events

  • Vehicles may not be driven on public roads and must be transported via trailer

  • Use on public roads may result in fines, penalties, and voided warranties

Improper use of these parts:

  • Voids the PureTurbos warranty

  • May void your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty

  • May violate federal and state laws

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. PureTurbos assumes no liability for misuse or non-compliance.
