Welcome to PureTurbos. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

PureTurbos provides high-performance turbochargers, components, and related products. By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to make the purchase

  • All information provided is accurate and complete

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

2. Product Use Disclaimer

All performance and non-OEM products sold by PureTurbos are intended for off-road use only.

These products are designed for competition racing vehicles and are not legal for use on public roads or highways. Under California law, a racing vehicle is defined as a vehicle used exclusively for competition and not operated on public streets or highways.

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The vehicle will be used solely for competition purposes

  • The vehicle will not be operated on public roads

  • The vehicle will be transported to events via trailer or carrier

Use of these products in violation of local, state, or federal laws may result in fines, penalties, voided warranties, and other legal consequences. PureTurbos assumes no liability for misuse or unlawful application of its products.

3. Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and availability

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • California residents will be charged applicable sales tax

  • Orders may be delayed due to build times, inventory, or external factors

PureTurbos is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside of our control.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product has shipped

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate shipping information

The shipment date is defined as the date the product leaves our facility and may be used for warranty purposes.

5. Returns & Cancellations

  • Unused and uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days of shipment

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and canceled orders

  • Custom-built or special-order items are non-refundable

  • Returns must be approved prior to shipment

Refunds are processed within approximately two (2) weeks after inspection.

6. Core Return Policy

Certain products require a refundable core deposit.

  • Cores must be returned within 60 days for full refund

  • Returns between 61–90 days are eligible for partial refund

  • Returns after 90 days are not eligible for refund

  • All cores must be in rebuildable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All cores are subject to inspection upon arrival.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

PureTurbos provides a limited 1-year warranty on eligible products, beginning from the shipment date.

Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement of the product only. Labor costs, downtime, or any indirect damages are not covered.

Warranty is void if the product is:

  • Improperly installed

  • Modified or tampered with

  • Damaged due to engine failure or poor maintenance

  • Used in a manner inconsistent with intended application

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureTurbos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or misuse of products

  • Installation or failure of components

  • Loss of use, revenue, or profits

Total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and product designs, is the property of PureTurbos and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

11. Changes to Terms

PureTurbos reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
