At PureTurbos, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the following policy regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

Item must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

Return request must be made within 30 days of shipment date

Return must be approved by PureTurbos prior to being sent back
Any item that has been installed, used, or modified in any way is not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-built or special-order products

Installed or used turbochargers or components
-
Modified or tampered items
3. Restocking Fee
All approved returns and canceled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
4. Return Process

Once approved:

Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
5. Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected

Please allow 10–15 business days for processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refund amounts will reflect:

Deduction of restocking fee

Any applicable adjustments due to item condition
6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment

A 15% cancellation fee may apply

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
8. Core Deposits (If Applicable)
For products with core deposits:
