All orders are shipped FOB shipping point. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, lost, or incomplete:

We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier
