1. Product Use Disclaimer

All performance and non-OEM products sold by PureTurbos are intended for off-road, competition use only.

Under California law, a “racing vehicle” is defined as a competition vehicle not operated on public highways (Cal. Health & Safety Code §39048).

By purchasing and using these products, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The vehicle will be used exclusively in closed-course competition

  • The vehicle will not be operated on public roads or highways

  • The vehicle will be transported to events via trailer or carrier

Use of these products on public roads may violate federal and state laws.

2. Emissions Compliance

Many PureTurbos products are not compliant with emissions regulations and are not approved by the California Air Resources Board (CARB) or other regulatory agencies.

Installation or use of these products on emissions-controlled vehicles may:

  • Violate environmental laws and regulations

  • Result in fines, penalties, or failed inspections

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Assumption of Risk

High-performance automotive components are subject to increased stress and operating conditions.

By purchasing and using PureTurbos products, you acknowledge that:

  • Performance modifications may increase the risk of mechanical failure

  • Improper installation or tuning can result in damage to the engine or vehicle

  • You assume all risks associated with the use of these products

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureTurbos shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of its products, including but not limited to:

  • Engine or vehicle damage

  • Personal injury or property damage

  • Loss of use, revenue, or profits

  • Labor costs for installation or removal

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Performance gains, horsepower figures, and product claims may vary depending on vehicle condition, supporting modifications, tuning, and environmental factors.

PureTurbos does not guarantee specific performance results.

6. Installation Responsibility

All products must be installed by a qualified professional.

Failure to follow proper installation procedures may:

  • Result in product failure or vehicle damage

  • Void any applicable warranty

PureTurbos is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

All products are subject to PureTurbos’ Limited Warranty. Warranty coverage is limited and does not include labor, downtime, or consequential damages.

Use of products outside their intended application, including street use where prohibited, may void warranty coverage.

8. Third-Party Products & Services

PureTurbos may offer or reference products, tuning services, or components from third parties.

We are not responsible for:

  • Performance or reliability of third-party products

  • Tuning or calibration performed by external providers

  • Any resulting damage or issues

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, product designs, and materials provided by PureTurbos are protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Governing Law

This Legal Notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

11. Updates to This Notice

PureTurbos reserves the right to update this Legal Notice at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
