A refundable core deposit is a temporary fee associated with our remanufactured turbo upgrades. We use factory turbochargers as the base to build your custom upgrade, and in exchange, we require the return of your old turbocharger(s). You can choose to pay the deposit upfront and receive a full refund once you return your old turbocharger(s) within 60 days of receiving your upgrade. Alternatively, you can send in your turbocharger(s) for upgrading first and avoid the deposit altogether.

Please remove all additional accessories and hardware prior to sending in your cores. This includes, but is not limited to, oil lines, coolant lines, actuators, inlets, and related components. Any items received that are not part of the core unit will be discarded and cannot be returned.

All performance and upgrade parts are intended for off-road use only and are legal exclusively for competition racing vehicles as defined under California law (Cal. Health & Safety Code §39048). A racing vehicle is classified as a competition vehicle that is not operated on public highways.

Vehicles equipped with these parts must be used solely on closed courses during sanctioned events and may not be driven on public roads. Transportation must be done via trailer. Use on public roads may result in fines, penalties, and voided warranties.

Improper use of these parts will void the PureTurbos warranty, may void your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty, and may violate federal and state laws.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws. PureTurbos assumes no liability for misuse or non-compliance.
